GBscam, look another company I asked them to deliver my good sooner because they told me might takes extra 3 weeks, asked me to pay $200 more so I did. And suddenly they give my job to different moving company "Carefree Movers Inc, Ames, IA 50010 their help desk told me someone will call me within a week to give me the date actually will deliver. However delivery guy told me exact date he will deliver my goods and told me 2-3 hrs away and asked me to pay extra $400 because my goods are small and they have to use small truck which make no sense. Gave me no final receipt which cost me $2953.75 that I thought I only spend $2300. Called Carefrree Movers and Vangurd Movers. Call them no answer and no reply for my emails. This is scam I never experience before. I think I will contact better business bureau if they don't reply my email and or they not provided me my final invoice.

GBWARNING! WARNING! Do NOT be duped into believing this is the Real vanguard Moving Company. They are not an affiliate. They give you a quote and keep upping it at every turn. They send a truck too small to accommodate the belongings you listed and charge for another truck, which happens to be ten minutes away. Pick up and delivery dates change constantly. The movers have no idea how to load a truck properly. A twelve year old child could do better. On delivery they will ask for postal money orders with NO payee name and cash! Or they won’t unload your delivery. The broken, damaged and missing items is incredible.Most boxes look like they were dropped kicked. My husband is a disabled veteran and many of his medical needs are either destroyed or missing, NO ONE will answer their phones or return messages. Beware…this so called company outsources to very unprofessional individuals. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS Company..Vanguard Moving LLC

GBSTAY AWAY. Would not recommend this brokerage company. The sales person was nice but that because they only wanted your business. They won’t tell you everything until moving day. There’s always extra fees! Once they assign a moving company, you’re basically on your own. And shout out to Justin with Vanguard, the main reason why I’m giving this company a 1 star, who did our quality/inventory call. This guy is the most unprofessional/rudest human being in customer service. This is our first time using a moving company and when we asked about tv boxes he immediately said “well the company ain’t giving you boxes for free”. This dude immediately assume we wanted “free” boxes. There was no mention about extra fees during sales call (that’s why we asked) and this guy didn’t even apologize for it. He kept saying “I don’t know”. Stay away from this company.

GBThis company should be closed and made… This company should be closed and made to refund everyone affected by their scams. We were quoted one price with a balance of $1,000.00 upon delivery. After movers in a u haul loaded our things were told we would 4,000.00 more dollars when out things were delivered. We ask them to take our things off the truck. They wanted to charge 200 dollars an hour for both movers. 01/05/24 an eighteen wheeler pulls up to our new location expecting to receive another 4,000 dollars. We don't that kind of money. They said they were taking our things to a storage facility in Houston and that we were responsible for paying the facility. The free storage only applied in California. So we are stuck with out our things, owing almost $5,000.00 plus storage fee. This is the worst situation. There is 35 years of family pictures and so many things that can't be replaced.

GBWe contracted Vanguard to bring medical… Update: this is not the real Vanguard international but à mon and pop shop that subcontract to others. Their web site is: VenguardMovingLLC.com We contracted Vanguard to bring medical apparel for our dad who is moving to Utah. They asked us certified checks which we give them and then, once they got all loaded, told us that they can’t have it since crossing state lines, now we are waiting for them to deliver but it will be 5 days after dad get to his home, and will survive with emergency installation. They have been less than reliable and can only say “Sorry” without taking any responsibility. DO NOT USE THEM
