GBPlease beware!!! I did not use their service. My wife contacted them and the person who sent us our quote was quite pushy and called my wife all the times except the times she requested to be called. The customer service sounded very sales driven. I ended up having to call him and told him we are not interested in their service. Other reviews on here seem to say about the same thing. I am glad I was able to catch it before we used them.

GBThis is NOT a moving company (BROKER)… This is NOT a moving company (BROKER) which sell you off to another ripe off company. They are ripe off con-artists. They will lie to get your money and sell you off to another company which will hold your belongings and extort you for more money before you get your belongings. They need a class action lawsuit to put them out of business and/or have law enforcement get involve.

GBA failing grade in elementary customer service They are responsive right up until the moment your items are loaded on the truck and then you cannot reach them or the company they contracted out your move to. After dozens of unanswered phone calls, we don't even so much as have a tentative arrival date for our things. I hate leaving negative reviews but moving is stressful enough and people should be aware that this company and their affiliates will add to that stress. Don't buy the "military friendly" bit either.

GBTerrible Company Terrible company. They are not movers but moving brokers. They contract out to the lowest common denominator. We were contracted out to two different companies. When American Moving couldn't make it we got stuck with Brooklyn Moving and Storage. They are worse than Landmark. Landmark will gladly take a deposit by electronic check but Brooklyn will only take cash upon delivery which they tell you when they are about to deliver. At that point Landmark is no help whatsoever. We dealt with someone named Paula that was pretty much useless, never answered the phone and rarely called back.
