GBCancelled ON our move day! Cancelled ON our move day, first claiming the truck was in an accident and later claiming it was “mechanical issues”. We asked them to please make alternate arrangements. After several hours of no resolution, we had no choice but to rent a truck and complete the move ourselves. They promised me a refund yet I still don’t have it 6 weeks later. They ignore my requests.

When Kenny took our call he promised that as long as we cancelled within 2 weeks that we could trust him we could get our money back. We were in the midst of escrow and knew that if it didn’t go through, we would not relocate. HE LIED. They won’t return calls or have a discussion about it. Once you sign, you are screwed because everything he tells you is crap and the signature is the only thing that matters. RUN, RUN, RUN.

GBThe only reason I'm giving one star is… The only reason I'm giving one star is because there's no way to give zero stars. It started with an original quote of $2,500, and then a day before the move with very little change the quote went up to $8,000. They gave us a 3-day window and of course on the third day in the morning they call and said that they would be here at noon. At 1:00 p.m. we get a call saying that they sold our contract to another company that has the worst reviews I've ever seen. I canceled the move lost $3,000 and felt very deceived. It turns out that this company is not a moving company but a broker. This means that they will do nothing to move your stuff and are looking to sell your contract to another company of their choice. It was a disaster and I had only one day to recover and figure out a plan b. They made an already stressful situation untenable.
