GBDon't use if you value your stuff Driver was late and didn't know what he was doing. Movers damaged many pieces of furniture and every single one of our boxes had some kind of damage. 75 inch TV was damaged by the movers. Don't use.

GBMoved from Florida to Utah Moved from Florida to Utah. Company said it would be in transit for about 7-10 days and ended up taking 31. When our stuff finally arrived it was delivered by a completely different company than who had picked it up. At least 90 percent of our items were damaged, completely broken, or taken apart with no one able to re assemble them. Our mattress had been drug through the dirt and mulch and other furniture had black stains on it. There was absolutely no regard for our items and the company, even though we filled out the paperwork has yet to be in contact to rectify this issue...whatever you do, do not use this company no matter what. They will destroy everything you own, lie to you, and take zero accountability for everything they do.

GBI do not recommend I do not recommend. We had a terrible experience with this mover. They contract their labor. Packers and movers caused quite a bit of damage. We had the highest levels of carrier liability with $0 deductible and $125,000 maximum level of protection. That's full replacement value protection and the most comprehensive plan available. They were obligated to compensate to repair or restore, but that didn't happen. We also purchased the full service VIP option that included full packing, crating and uncrating, and a $50,000 damage protection policy. All apparently worthless. Premier Van and Storage was the agent for National Van Lines. National reimbursed us for only 16% of the amount of our claim. And they declined to reply to any of my notes to them. Careless damages, lack of compensation, and lack of communication. I would keep looking if you're searching for a quality mover.

GBHorrific company Horrific company. They are a broker and as soon as I signed the contract, stop returning calls or emails. Five days before the move, National Van Lines charged an additional $4,000 for the move. I sent pictures with dimensions of every piece of furniture that was being moved. Two days before the move, I get a call from a different company (Jackson Movers) saying they will be conducting the move. Jackson Movers then charged an additional $3,000 the day they arrived for bogus charges and work they didn't even do. I can't express how horrific National Van Lines is. They should have begun by disclosing that they sold the account and they are just brokers who can care less about their or their contractor's service once you sign on the dotted line.

GBSave your time, use a more ethical team My experience with National Van Lines and their and their sub (A2B Moving) was mixed. The driver that moved me from Seattle to Phoenix was awesome. Hands down the best I've ever worked with. The people who ran the company business side gouged me, straight and simple. I was guaranteed a NTE price for my interstate move, with a statement that the actual price would be based on weight if the weight was lower than the NTE weight estimated. I was told that once they took the load back to their office, they would weigh it and let me know what the new weight amounted to from a cost perspective. That never happened. They picked up my stuff, moved it 1500 miles and then told me they wouldn't drop it off until I paid the NTE rate. It was a weekend, so there was no one to talk to in the office. So I paid with the understanding that it would be made right. I immediately reached out to the owner of the business and never heard back. It amounted to close to $3000. Very disappointing. My advice to anyone considering this company is DON'T. There are plenty of good, ethical moving companies out there, and no reason to use one that isn't.
