GBI had nothing but and excellent… I had nothing but and excellent experience with Rio Mover "Gwen" ..She came on time, was highly professional, got everything moved in a timely manner, and was the most kindness person EVER ! ...I highly recommend her and would definitely be calling requesting Gwen [ Rio Movers ] for my next future move !!

GBRio Ran dry I purchased two movers for two hours to move my most valuable furniture- seven items in all. They sent one person who was doing is best to get it done in two hours appreciated but not fully completed. In the end he dragged and tossed items in the pod he left gaps and made spaces inaccessible. He took my moving pads off and said he had to take out the drawers to move the items. Not necessary with two people. He damaged the runners when taking the drawers out and eventually was tired and careless. I asked him to leave at time because it was clear to me he was not concerned with my items. Not trained movers but eager.
