Moving to a new location and storing… Moving to a new location and storing your stuff is a tremendous undertaking. You should consider where and with whom you would place your faith. On the other hand, Legacy Moving Group is a one-of-a-kind company. This business delivers amazing service and is really dependable! Job well done overall!

Company worth paying I had 3 moving guys which includes the foreman. They arrived on time and worked in a timely manner and were super professional. They packed up all the items neatly and efficiently. The packing crew genuinely cared about doing a great job and were so thoughtful and helpful. Upon arrival at the drop off location they could not have been more courteous and respectful. Thank you.

Don’t bother with legacy moving group Don’t bother with legacy moving group. They don’t actually do the move. They are a reseller. They’re very responsive and helpful initially. They tell you all the great discounts they can give you on terrifs, and storage fees versus the big name companies then collect half the money down. After that they will completely ghost you. The moving company they sub it out to shows up and they have all new terrif rates and storage rates ( which for me were literally double). If you, don’t sign the new quoted prices they will leave. I tried contacting legacy but the movers who showed up basically stated “it doesn’t matter what they quote. If you don’t sign this now, we leave”. Maybe that’s okay for an local move. You may have time to find another company but for an out of state move with time lines you’re basically held hostage at that point. Any further attempts to contact Chris or chad at legacy were unanswered. They had my deposit, sold the move to another company and then ghosted any issues and responsibilities to their customers.

1 star 1 star: Failure to provide service. They failed to fulfill our contract which lead to me losing my deposit. None of my items were moved at all. I reached out to the company and They Blocked! My phone number along with other phone numbers I attempted to call from. I've wait days for replies and now they have also Refused to answer emails. In reality, they have stole my deposit. Horrible business. My advice? Don't use this company ever. Further elaboration on expectations: They will lie about scheduling a truck. They will Revoke all forms of communication. They will respond to this comment with false a impression of their business archetype. Believe me, the continuous negative reviews say it all. Good luck finding honest movers.

I have not moved in over 20 years I have not moved in over 20 years. Jesus & David we’re on time, professional, worked extremely hard. My move was reasonably priced, efficient, and seamless. I recommend them highly.
