Worst service ever!!! Do not use this company! They are dishonest and do care about you and your belongs, just about getting paid. We are a military family and moved many times and never had any problems, until we used Legacy Moving Group. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER, DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Anyone but them!!!! I also wrote a review on BBB.

Outstanding Great experience. I came into this move without any prior experience with moving companies. Legacy was outstanding with communication at all points in the process. The movers themselves were super friendly and my property was taken care of. Will be using them again in the future.

If you are considering using Legacy… If you are considering using Legacy Moving Group to move you - DO NOT DO IT!!!! RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN. This is a broker and you absolutely CANNOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!! I was lied to repeatedly by everyone I talked to. They refuse to return calls and texts. The only thing they care about is stealing your money. Scott, Nowai, Chris and most of all Dillon lied blatantly and intentionally. Save yourself a lot of grief and stress- find a reputable moving company and deal directly with them!!!!

1 star 1 star: Failure to provide service. They failed to fulfill our contract which lead to me losing my deposit. None of my items were moved at all. I reached out to the company and They Blocked! My phone number along with other phone numbers I attempted to call from. I've wait days for replies and now they have also Refused to answer emails. In reality, they have stole my deposit. Horrible business. My advice? Don't use this company ever. Further elaboration on expectations: They will lie about scheduling a truck. They will Revoke all forms of communication. They will respond to this comment with false a impression of their business archetype. Believe me, the continuous negative reviews say it all. Good luck finding honest movers.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I would not recommend this Company. I booked them to move me after a fire in my building. There was an asbestos contamination in the building after the fire but all the hallways we were going to use as well as my apartment had been cleaned, tested and certified by CDPHE to be asbestos free. They showed up late and expressed concerns over the asbestos contamination. I offered to take them to the office to show them the paperwork from the state, but they refused to even come see it and just took off, leaving me stranded. Oh and they kept my deposit. Horrible service! Please do not use. They think they are too good for the job.
