Service Excellence Tamika took time to explain and make sure I was satisfied and understood everything. She was very thorough and did not rush me even though she was interrupted several times by other Life Storage employees. I liked that she explained to them that she was servicing a customer and need to finish with customer and will call them back. She was very professional, thanked me for storing with Life Storage. I was in Customer Service almost 40 years Corporate and thought it was lost but she demonstrated that there is still those who belive in excellent service. The current manager at our North Scottsdale location, Dan, is exceptional Dan is always going the “extra mile” for his customers. I have appreciated Dan while moving from a large storage unit down to a smaller one. He really is an asset to your company & very pleasant to work with.

Easy process to rent the unit Easy process to rent the unit, the person at counter (Phillip) was very helpful and knowledgeable he broke down all the fees and the process took less than ten minutes, moving day can be so stressful and life storage did not add to the stress of the day! Building and unit was very clean. I'd recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit

Unexpected large rate increase. The storage facility is clean and well-maintained. However, they increased our rate for a 10x10 unit from $60 to $91 with no prior notice. This is a poor business practice and makes budgeting impossible.

Must be owned by the mob Must be owned by the mob. Your rent doubles after two months. They do this to everyone. Unethical business practices.
