Easy process to rent the unit Easy process to rent the unit, the person at counter (Phillip) was very helpful and knowledgeable he broke down all the fees and the process took less than ten minutes, moving day can be so stressful and life storage did not add to the stress of the day! Tausha was WONDERFUL Tausha was WONDERFUL! She answered every question we had with patience and knowledge. She guided us through each step of the process and make sure we didn’t have any questions left unanswered. She even gave us information. We hadn’t thought of. She showed us where the security cameras replaced, she let us screenshot the map she let us do a practice run through to make sure we were not confused about the access process. She made us feel very confident and comfortable that our car is safe and secure. We are thrilled with our experience.
