Excellent service Excellent service, techs were very professional, on time, neat and clean. They did a great job going over system and helping us install apps on phone. Highly recommend security company. The equipment is state of the art and reasonably priced.

Thanks to DFW Thanks to DFW we were able to integrate new technology with our existing system and not have to buy a entirely new system. They worked with me to structure the pricing to my liking and their installer was just top notch. The couple of times we have tripped the alarm, they have called within seconds and gone through the proper protocols to make sure it was truly a false alarm. I highly recommend DFW.

Quality Security Our experience with the security element has been quite good. However, the Z wave components (specifically the thermostat) that go with it are terrible. It literally malfunctions 3 times daily and doesn't follow the set schedule for temperature control in the house at all. This is frustrating becasue they charge me monthly for something that does NOT work. UPDATE: Customer service has been quite helpful with this issue. I have to say, I was impressed by that!

I requested a technician to come out to… I requested a technician to come out to my home and install an additional camera. Juan, the technician, was sent. This gentleman was very professional and courteous. He installed the camera within an hour. I am very satisfied with the service I received. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would have to say that the technician is a 10. Great job, Juan!!

Great service! Our keypad lock wasn’t working properly, so he replaced it. And while he was there, he performed a few other courtesy checks on our other security devices. He did a great job!
