GBResolving door sensor problem I was having issues with a door sensor. It was saying my door was repeatedly opening & closing for several minutes straight through out the day. Clearly this wasn't correct. Well, before I reached out to Notion for assistance on the matter, I received an email from Notion stating the issue was recognized & they would send a solution for free. Since receiving the package & following directions, I haven't had anymore issues.

GBWe get false alarms all the time We get false alarms all the time. I've added a magnet to our front door and resynched it many times and it still says the door is open when it's closed. Also, I get notices that we are offline and then back online and I'm at home and we didn't lose power or internet so that is a false notice as well. I can't rely on this product at this point.

AUWorked great for 3 months Worked great for 3 months, now all sensor says connect but shows errors when trying to access them, have installed the app, changed batteries in sensors, re synched bridge it won't let U delete sensors when U try to it just re adds them back in

AUWorks ok Didn't take long to set up. Sensors worked when in house lower level through reinforced concrete. Took a while to work out how to position sensors for water level, flood, detection. App showing historical temperatures at different locations in house is good.

AUBridge issue We had a connectivity issue with the bridge and got onto Notion who immediately sent out a new one. It's all working well now 👌 Why wouldn't anybody want these great gadgets in your home as a potential pre-warning against issues that may occur 🤔 So not only are they doing a great little job, but saving you money on your insurance, I'm very happy with Honey and Notion
