GBWorked great for over 1 year but now… Worked great for over 1 year but now all sensors have no signal. Have re-installed the app, changed batteries in sensors, left batteries out of sensors for more than 1 hour, re-synched bridge but still not working. App won't let me delete sensors so I can’t attempt to add them back. Called customer service telephone number of last 4 days with no response back. Also sent email to support with no response.

GBNotion saved me a large headache. I’ve had the system for about 3 years with minimal interaction. I might have changed batteries once. I kind of forgot it was there. However I remembered this week when it alerted me to a leak in my laundry room where my washer had malfunctioned. I was able to catch the leak early and correct it. Aside from a small mess, there was no damage.

GBMy experience has been great My experience has been great. I must admit that I never heard of Notion until I switched over to Hippo Insurance some years ago. Even though I am not with them anymore, I am still loving my Notion system -- in fact, I have just expanded it!

GBHardware is OK, abandonded platform. Products are ok if you can find them cheaply, but the company has changed hands what appears to be multiple times & for the most part has abandoned the products. There appears to be no support available, nor any 3rd party products integrate with this system.

AUBridge issue We had a connectivity issue with the bridge and got onto Notion who immediately sent out a new one. It's all working well now 👌 Why wouldn't anybody want these great gadgets in your home as a potential pre-warning against issues that may occur 🤔 So not only are they doing a great little job, but saving you money on your insurance, I'm very happy with Honey and Notion
