I’m loving my notion detectors I’m loving my notion detectors. We are on water tanks so it is very important that we know if there is a water leak under the kitchen bench. We haven’t had to use it yet but it puts my mind at ease to know that I will get a notification if something has gone wrong.

CUSTOMER SERVICE GETS A ZERO There was no issue with the order of extra parts, HOWEVER, the customer service is TERRIBLE! We have left multiple messages and sent emails (greeting states will return call in 24 hours). It’s been weeks so we quit trying and contacted our insurance company whom we got the product through. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

Great product All I wanted was a leak detector that would notify me as soon as trouble appeared. Most of the options available had alarm sounds for the event and I wanted something that was more direct when I wasn’t in the house. I get a text if there is a water leak (or temperature drop) even if I’m away. The system can be expanded to security concerns but I’m not there yet.

I will say that I didn't know how much… I will say that I didn't know how much the temperature swings in my home with the air conditioner running. It has been an eye-opening thing when I got Notion! I put one in the bathroom, one in the store room by the water heater, and one in my bedroom. They are working rather well so far but, I still don't have any leaks, thank the Lord. I hope I never do.
