Campbell River Branch: truly awful Campbell River, BC; I won compensation from these people after they did an absolutely appalling job on my flooring. They basically stopped taking my calls when I voiced my concerns so I took legal advice. During my research in setting up the case with the Lawyer, I was staggered at the amount of people who had issues with them - people involved in every aspect of the flooring industry. Avoid.

doea not honor their warranties 2 years i have been trying to get carpet one to come back some improperly layed laminate for the third trip. they make promises then opped up out of know where nd said i owed them $100 from 2 years ago (first i heard of it) guess its time for an attorney

Excellent professional, quality and installation of beautiful wood floors Carpet One installed oak parquet wood floors throughout my whole house. They did an excellent job, taking their time to level the floor to insure the wood was laid properly. This was a big job with a room needing major leveling. They were professional and respectful. It took longer to install because they cared about doing an excellent job. My love my beautiful floors. Gene Fischer was always available for questions, inspected their work and explained proper care of my new floors.
