We went to Carpet One in Kingston NY … We went to Carpet One in Kingston NY. Sales representatives were helpful. We took a picture of floor sample. The delivery of laminate flooring took about 10 business days. When we got it, laminate floor looked darker than picture, so we’re placing in basement office instead. I would suggest to take sample home. The sales representatives did offer some sort of exchange deal but we couldn’t find anything in same color shading match. I would recommend them.

Boatman Carpet One We used Ken at the Boatman location (Cypress, TX) and were very impressed with his knowledge of different materials as well as his willingness to find a way to work within our price range. Ken made the process so easy, answering all of our questions and being available with updates throughout the process. We were very impressed with how quickly they got the job done. The final product was absolutely gorgeous! We love our new floors and the fact that there wasn't as huge mess to clean up after the fact.

New flooring yesterday! Thank you Carpet One! I have never done a google review before. I am motivated to do so today! We had new flooring installed yesterday and are just so completely satisfied. It was really refreshing to work with this group of people! Janelle patiently kept following up with us on different things and made many timely phone calls to us and on our behalf. The installers yesterday were terrific! They very kindly answered last minute questions, stopping what they were doing to really listen and respond. They were wonderfully knowledgeable and professional. Everything looks great!! I would definitely recommend Carpet One of Rochester!

Excellence plus advocacy We couldn't have improved our experience with our local Carpet One store. New to the area and facing a new build project, we stopped at Carpet One because they were open on Saturday. What a lucky move that was! Ben Palter has become a friend and trusted ally. He had local connections that allowed us to find a hardwood craftsperson and other local gems. His humor, knowledge of the products he sells, and wholehearted advocacy for our vision and our needs made him one of our Port Townsend family. He has called us with important information, shared wisdom about choices of tile we were considering and helped us design, plan, and execute a wonderful look for our new house. Although we did not do business with Carpet One, they provided us an estimate and would have been very pleased to have used them for our hard wood flooring needs. Everything was very professional and from the initial contact all the way to the point we informed them we were going with someone else.
