GBAfter several hours and phone calls… After several hours and phone calls trying to get my 2 accounts set up, I had the good fortune to be connected with Zach Blankshain. By the time I spoke with him I was quite agitated and fed up and he was patient and explained everything and was successful in getting both my accounts running properly. He even called back when we were disconnected due to my error. It's appreciated when someone takes pride in doing their job well. Good job Zach.

GBsince stax aquired payment depo since stax acquired payment depo, I have hundreds in overcharges, no one calls me back, multiple emails have been ignored, downloading invoices and pci compliance do not work. I have been requesting to closed my account and refund overcharges since last week. Still nothing has been done. I encourage anyone else having these issue call Florida attorney general for help.

GBCan you be a fan of a credit card processor? I had an honestly great experience getting set up and over the first couple months working with Payment Depot so far. Our account manager Rebecca reached out early and helped through the setup process. We've changed credit card processors a few times in the last several years. It's not enjoyable, but Payment Depot made it as painless as I've ever experienced or could reasonably expect. Their rates are substantially lower than any of our previous vendors, and they charge the fees in the most transparent way I've seen. It makes accounting for the fees upfront, and logging them on the backend easier. It saves us extra work we didn't really think about before. All around making the switch to Payment Depot has been a huge plus for us.
