Awful and ineffective products Horrible product. Alarm went off for no reason and kept going off. The whole thing is a hassle. Got a new alarm and was missing the brain. Customer service isn't helpful.

HORRIBLE COMPANY HORRIBLE COMPANY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE ALL A BUNCH OF LIARS SO BEWARE. DEBBIE ELLIOT processed A payment using my debit card on April 6th 2018 (which I authorized that one time payment in the amount of $69.98 in order to bring the account current OVER THE PHONE IN AGREEMENT ON A RECORDED LINK INTERACTIVE LINE that I would only process a payment if a proper document was emailed to me stating that I did not put my account on autodraft when I made my February 2018 payment using bank account ending in **** in order for me to get the overdraft fees my bank charged for the account ending in **** being auto drafted without my consent in April 2018. ON THAT RECORDED PHONE CALL IT WAS STATED AND AGREED TO THAT THE PAYMENT WOULD NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE BANK ACCOUNT ENDING IN **** WAS DELETED OFF FILE (WHICH DEBBIE REASSURED ME THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS DELETED WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE) AND AFTER THE LETTER WAS EMAILED OUT TO ME LATER THAT EVENING BEFORE 2PM BECAUSE I REFUSED TO PAY MY BANK OVER $100 IN NSF FEES AND PAY LINK INTERACTIVE $70 ALSO WHEN THEY WERE THE CAUSE OF THOSE NSF FEES. INSTEAD OF EMAILING ME THE LETTER FIRST, "THIS EMAIL DATED APRIL 6TH 2018 CLEARLY STATES THAT THE PAYMENT WAS ALREADY PROCESSED AND THE LETTER IS ATTACHED". I DID NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW THE LETTER BEFORE THE PAYMENT WAS PROCESSED AS AGREED. THE EMAILED LETTER WAS NOT SUFFICIENT BECAUSE IT STATED THAT I WAS UNAWARE THAT I PUT MY ACCOUNT ON AUTODRAFT. I STATED MULTIPLE TIMES IN THAT PHONE CALL THAT I DID NOT PUT THAT ACCOUNT ON AUTODRAFT I JUST MADE A ONE TIME PAYMENT. AFTER READING THE LETTER I CONTACTED LINK INTERACTIVE THAT SAME EVENING AND SPOKE WITH SHAI AND TOLD HER TO CANCEL THE PENDING APRIL PAYMENT OF $69.98 AND DELETE MY CARD INFORMATION BECAUSE THAT LETTER MADE IT SEEM AS THOUGH I PUT THE ACCOUNT ON AUTODRAFT WHEN I DID NOT. I ALSO ADVISED THAT THE CONTRACT BE CANCELED AND THEY SEND IT TO COLLECTIONS BECAUSE I REFUSED TO KEEP DOING BUSINESS WITH SUCH A COMPANY. SHAI ADVISED ME THAT I WOULD OWE A FEE FOR THE REMAINING MONTHS AND I TOLD HER I WOULD LIKE TO SEVER TIES BETWEEN MYSELF AND LINK INTERACTIVE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. INSTEAD OF ALLOWING THE CONTRACT TO BE CANCELED UPON REQUEST LINK INTERACTIVE VIOLATED MY RIGHTS AND ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE DEBIT CARD **** AND BANK ACCOUNT **** FOR A MAY 2018 PAYMENT caused me more fees from both Credit Unions and other companies that I had pending payments being ACH for that have declined due to link interactive's actions. I called numerous times on May 2nd to get the payment from card **** refunded back to me but I was met with excuses of how I set the card as auto pay (WHEN IN REALITY DEBBIES EMAIL PROVES THAT I DID NOT EVEN PUT THE CARD ON FILE MYSELF IN APRIL SO SHE PUT THE CARD ON AUTOPAY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE WHEN SUBMITTING THE APRIL PAYMENT). I SPOKE VALERIE AND WAS MET WITH EXCUSES. I ALSO SPOKE WITH A SUPERVISOR CHRIS ON MAY 2ND 2018 AND HE ADVISED ME (ON A RECORDED LINE) THAT ALTHOUGH I REQUESTED THE CONTRACT BE CANCELED IT COULD NOT BE CANCELED BECAUSE IT WASN'T SIGNED BY JUST MYSELF. I ASKED WHO ELSE SIGNED THE AGREEMENT THEN. HE STATE THAT BY BOTH MYSELF AND LINK INTERACTIVE SIGNING THE AGREEMENT I AM NOT ALLOWED TO JUST CANCEL. THIS IS FORCED BEHAVIOR ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY. LINK INTERACTIVE IS CAUSING ME EXCESSIVE FEES FROM NUMEROUS OTHER MERCHANTS AND THIS BEHAVIOR IS RIDICILOUS AND ILLEGAL. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH A LAWYER AND THE COMPANY IS INDEED VIOLATING MY RIGHTS TO SEVER TIES AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED ON APRIL 6TH. I WANT THE UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT DEBITED FROM MY DEBIT CARD RETURNED IMMEDIATELY AND AN EMAILED LETTER STATING WHO PUT THAT CARD ON AUTOPAY & THAT THE BANK ACCOUNT ENDING IN **** WAS ALSO ACH WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION ON APRIL 6TH 2018 AFTER I WAS TOLD THE ACCOUNT WAS DELETED FROM LINK INTERACTIVES RECORDS. I requested that all forms of communication come ONLY in the form of email so everything said can be documented and no more lies can be told on link's behalf. I also requested that I be mailed a copy of the recordings of each phone call I placed on April 6th 2018 and May 2nd 2018.

Sensor issues Constantly having sensors go off for no reason. They are all door/window sensors. I think that the batteries might be old in all of them. We have not set our alarm in weeks because of it. The camera's also go off line easily. Our last company we had for 3 years and had no issues at all.

fail products I have had several problems with panels from 2gig. I have had my z-wave devices disappear, my GoBrigde fail, my z-wave devices disappear again, my z-wave devices simultaneously all fail, my panel freeze, my TS-1 panel cannot connect because of Firmwire, and many problems with costumer service where they should have known better. After my first z-wave crash, i had to re-add every device and set back up my automations. That was a huge hassle. After my latest z-wave crash it was determined the panel was faulty. I said I am wanting to upgrade because I have been dealing with so many issues with this panel over the last three years. I asked if I could pay the difference and have you send me a IQ-2 panel. I was told I could only restart my contract and pay the new contract fee. It seemed simple enough to send me a new panel with an upgrade fee, but I was told it was not an option. Instead I was sent the same old panel that is not compatible with my TS-1 secondary panel because of firmware. I took hours setting everything back up, but then the new panel froze and I can no longer use any z-wave devices. I have no idea how long my z-wave will be off line this time. I bough this system because it was advertised as home automation. I have spent far more effort on this system than the system has alleviated. I have not been overly demanding. I am actually a very pleasant person normal, but I am so sick of this product it keeps me up at night. I do not trust the home security system. That is a scary thing. I am a police officer and I need to rely on your product to keep my family aware of danger when I cannot be home. I feel like I have not asked too much. I want a product that works and the 2gig panel has not done that for me. I always pay my bills and I ask very little. I have been with you three years in October. I feel like I have given the benifit of the doubt to a continually faulty product. I asked for a new product and I was told I either pay full price for the new panel, sensor translator, and secondary panel; or get something that is not going to work. I am just so disappointed with your company.

Scammers trying to manipulate you into useless equipment and a three year contract Hi I worked with somebody over the phone and they didn’t tell me that the alarm system was depending on my Internet they didn’t tell me that they sign three-year contracts and they pressured me into signing what I thought was a month-to-month agreement not only that but I never installed my equipment and the activated billing for me and I never use the equipment equipment been returned to the company and they’ve tried to collect money for service that they never provided if you were considering using this company I would suggest you look elsewhere because it’s a scam and they high-pressure you in to getting their equipment to try to get payment out of you for three years and then I’ll say that you got a contract
