GBI am appalled that Link interractive … I am appalled that Link interractive would keep charging me any amount after I explained that my handicapped daughter's condition has worsened and she can't get to the alarm quick enough when it is armed. Unfortunately, I didn't read my contract well enough and didn't know that I had to keep paying for an alarm I am not using. I will send an review of my experience to yelp to warn prospective buyers that they need to think twice before buying an alarm with no heart!!!

GBI called for estimate on security … I called for estimate on security system. Once they checked my credit and it was not good mood changed immediately. Mitch the salesman was really quick to get off the phone. Even though I was prepared to pre pay the 3 year agreement. There loss I paid up on another company. Rude service

GBAwful and ineffective products Horrible product. Alarm went off for no reason and kept going off. The whole thing is a hassle. Got a new alarm and was missing the brain. Customer service isn't helpful.

GBOne of the alarm sensors just won't … One of the alarm sensors just won't function properly but I'm locked into a three year deal and so I'm just stuck with a bunk sensor that sets off the alarm if I arm it from inside the house and not from outside the house via the alarm.com app. There is phone support, we replaced the sensor but still having the same issues. Just one of those things where this is actually where an alarm company would come to your residence and fix it.

GBPREDATORY CANCELATION POLICY PREDATORY CANCELATION POLICY. I was a customer for 7 years. When I canceled my service the forced me to pay an additional month due to their predatory cancelation policy. I agreed, but they turned off my service immediately. When I called to correct the issue they refused to turn on my service through the date in which I paid or compensate for services not rendered.
