GBCon artists! I recently had a problem “resolved” by Allliance Security. While they did cancel my service in their system I’ve still been getting charged. The refund they issued was not for the full amount I was charged. No one still returns my calls even though I leave voicemails. My calls are forwarded constantly if I call more than once in a day. Like today I was told I would receive a call back in 30-40 minutes so I called back after about an hour and a half to see any progress on the problems that I have been trying to have resolved since before June of 2018. Every time I call I’m either immediately placed on hold then disconnected or forwarded to the voicemail of the extension I call after 2 rings. I’m beyond over this company and I’m looking forward to not having to deal with this company or any of their affiliates again. I wish I had a second set of hands to give them 4 thumbs down!

GBI was told numerous times that I had so … I was told numerous times that I had so many free months because of major mess ups and I am still being billed. The billing department has been extremely rude and disrespectful. The last technician put huge holes in my walls and cords hanging out of my house. I was told that it would be fixed and now going on 2 months. I am now being billed for 6 months when 3 of thosewere supposed to be free. This is honestly the worst experience I’ve had with customer service in my life.

GB1⭐️ is too much First let me say that 1 star is too much. In 2019 we bought a security system from this company. When installation was completed a few things that we were promised (yard sign and window decals) were never delivered. Today I have spent 2 hours trying every number published as well as the numbers I had on past emails to get in touch with these people. NOTHING! Every number I had or found was busy, the email address I had was no longer effective. The best part was that they aren’t even listed on the BBB site. Can anyone tell me how to contact them?

GBWorst customer service & Products I can NEVER get ahold of anyone!! Their customer service is horrible. My doorbell and cameras have been offline and no one answers at customer service...... what a joke! They talked me into non hard wired cameras and said you would maybe have to change the batteries 1-2 times a year..... yeah right! Try every 3-4 weeks AND the batteries are uber expensive. I am beyond frustrated with this company. Unfortunately, I’m locked in a contract.

GBHorrible service and cheat The service is horrible, I had the security system installed on 7/7, and i had 3 days to cancel. I called back on the 9th to cancel it, but no one answered. Received a call back from a manager whose name was Peter, on the 10th, and said that the company will come on the following Tuesday, the 17th, to have it uninstalled. I waited home all day for the people to come, no one showed up. I then called them back again, to confirm the uninstallation of the system, but they then said I cant have it removed without paying a fee, since it has been more than 3 days, which was their grace period. I feel cheated and lied to by the company, their customer service, and the manager Peter. I cant cancel my agreement anymore because it has been more than 3 days, but i also dont want to keep the service. I am stuck between paying 50 dollars every month for 3 years for a service i did not want, or, pay a fee of over one thousand, because they wouldnt come and remove the service upon request.
