I wish I could give a negative star for… I wish I could give a negative star for this review! I am a bus driver and have weekly large groups of all school aged children coming to visit the JFK, Edward Kennedy museum. Today my group leader called ahead of our appointment to verify the procedures and parking and was told to park in the bus parking lot assigned for museums, not more than 10 minutes I had a security guard banging on my window telling me to get out ! I told him I had 50 kids visiting the museum and was told to park here and he said”I personally don’t care you need to leave and proceeded to chase me out in a 46000 lb motor coach! This was a very disrespectful employee and shouldn’t be working with the public!

Con artists! I recently had a problem “resolved” by Allliance Security. While they did cancel my service in their system I’ve still been getting charged. The refund they issued was not for the full amount I was charged. No one still returns my calls even though I leave voicemails. My calls are forwarded constantly if I call more than once in a day. Like today I was told I would receive a call back in 30-40 minutes so I called back after about an hour and a half to see any progress on the problems that I have been trying to have resolved since before June of 2018. Every time I call I’m either immediately placed on hold then disconnected or forwarded to the voicemail of the extension I call after 2 rings. I’m beyond over this company and I’m looking forward to not having to deal with this company or any of their affiliates again. I wish I had a second set of hands to give them 4 thumbs down!

Jimmie Atkins Jimmy was prompt and very professional upon his arrival. He displayed a very friendly attitude and a very respectful attitude. Was glad to know he is a veteran, as myself! Jimmy was very precise and efficient with his installation. He is a definite asset to Alliance Home Security Systems. This company is a joke This company is a joke! This company is the middle company like the middleman they offer no service all they do is go around and sell for other alarm companies such as Brinks! I wouldn't recommend this company at all they say they charged the amount but in two years it will go up 10 to $15 hours and don't believe that there is no such contract ask lockdown. The salesperson comes to me saying it will be 59 99 for the next 5 years if I sign a contract and there will be no increase whatsoever he lied

Would not let them secure my dogs house!!! Wouldn't let them secure my dog house!!! From the time of install had nothing but issues. Rep Jose Mangana misrepresented the company from the start. Never was told about the contract options, the extra service charges not included ie. Ring monitoring, Arlo monitoring. They broke my digital doorbell. I did not get the cameras I was told I'd be receiving. Even, after admitting knowledge of other customer complaints about Mr. Magana, Alliance still did not make the contracts or services right. They tried to tie me into a longer contract and make me pay extra for the cameras I didn't get at install. No skybell
