I had the best experience today with Janelle from customer support, she went above and beyond helping me to find the shipping service delivering the heavy field and brush mower I ordered. Not only did she locate the shipping co but also looked up their phone for me. Janelle put my mind at ease regarding the mistake I made on my address, she said the driver will call to confirm correct address. I want to give a big thank you to Janelle, you're the best!!!

GBI received my gravel grader and had to… I received my gravel grader and had to put it together. The pics were blurry and the instructions not clear to understand. Some of the steps were out of sequence. Then missing main bolt that had to go to the hardware store to purchase. The nuts that comes with it are not tall enough to get a wrench on with a good bite. I did finally got it together and like the product for grading out road and driveway.

GBA wonderful theoretical concept A wonderful theoretical concept. However, It broke down within a week. Perhaps if you did not use the cheap chinese parts used on Walmart bicycles, it might be worth the money. We are constantly replacing cables. Would never recommend to others.
