Call them for a price and they said since I was no longer a customer they wouldn't sell it to me. So your solution to my problem is signing up for another 3 years? Think I'll pass.

He answered our questions thoroughly and to the degree necessary the gives the responses we needed. Our system was enhanced with an additional equipment. He ensured all critical sensors and zones were verified and working. No issues after more than 15 hrs with this company. I would call and request this particular technician again if needed.

Great experience with the 360 Team Great experience with the 360 Team! Had a door sensor start to randomly malfunction. From the technical support over the phone to the technician that came to my house and replaced the sensor. Every member was polite, prompt and understanding. I have been with a few alarm companies but really felt well taken care of by Alert 360, great job!

Frank, the most knowledgeable installer for our home security system ever! Frank was the most knowledgeable Technical Service persons I have met dealing with Security Systems. He did an outstanding and professional job installing new equipment and was very detailed in his explanations. He insured and checked that ALL sensors were working before he left. He even noticed that the Smoke Detector was incorrectly installed by previous technicians. He answered all our questions and I am completely satisfied with the job he did for Alert 360. I have used several other companies in the past however never had the quality service that Alert 360 has shown. The representative that I use is Danny Holland. Danny really cares about his customers and their security needs. He is not pushy at all. He is very knowledgeable about how to set up your system to give the most coverage without all the usual scare tactics most companies use to get your business and sell you a lot of extra things you really may not need.
