Very Happy customer. I had made an order a while back but did not received it do to shipper issue. Once I contracted Tyler Tool to check on the delay they responded by shipping and second tool over night, which I received the next day. Tyler Tool did great but Makita dropped… Tyler Tool did great but Makita dropped the ball on the 36v chain saw. It came with an Oregon chain instead of a Makita chain, and they included a 100cc container of bar and chain oil which doesn't even fill up the reservoir in the saw. The oil is lighter than typical bar and chain oil, and they don't provide specs with any meaningful info, so they want to sell the recommended Makita bar and chain oil in 100cc containers @ $8.50 per bottle. I didn't expect to take out a loan to use this saw. Actually haven't used it yet. Studying my options on b&c oil before proceeding. I only have dozens of Makita cordless tools. Very disappointing, Makita.

The items I ordered were almost… The items I ordered were almost immediately back ordered so I wasn’t happy I attempted to cancel the order but got the run around and pay pal refunded the money. Few months later I come home and the order is on the porch…..so I guess as long as you’re patient and not in a hurry you will get the product and as far as the product they were both top notch without any issues.

I ordered a refurbished Scroll Saw I ordered a refurbished Scroll Saw. The ordering process was quick and painless. The saw arrived in days. Although the box did have a little damage from shipping, the scroll saw was inside another box which was protected with Styrofoam padding. The inner box was undamaged. When I opened the inner box, it was just like you expect from a factory new device. Setup was relatively easy for something with a little size. It worked right away. Great job!
