I saw an ad at a cheaper price the same day so I called customer service and they cheerfully matched the other stores price. The refund was done quickly and the chainsaw came sooner than expected. It’s not Father’s Day yet so I can’t say how it works but Tyler Tools was great!

Decent discount & free shipping! I always check out the emails to see what they are offering, I-fortunately am lucky to own a variety of tools so I’m either looking for something I do not have or are replacing. Must be good discount and free shipping or I’ll pass.

The items I ordered were almost… The items I ordered were almost immediately back ordered so I wasn’t happy I attempted to cancel the order but got the run around and pay pal refunded the money. Few months later I come home and the order is on the porch…..so I guess as long as you’re patient and not in a hurry you will get the product and as far as the product they were both top notch without any issues.

Terrible Communication I placed the order back in early March and Tried to contact The company on numerous occasions with no avail. Then I ended up canceling the order and moved on and purchased the saw elsewhere. Then recently I received a message from the company that the order was being shipped. I sent them another email canceling this order because I already purchased the item, and then the item showed up on my doorstep. The only positive experience is when I called to have it returned (since they never billed me) the person on the phone was kind enough to offer a free pick up ticket and UPS showed up the next day.
