Once I contracted Tyler Tool to check on the delay they responded by shipping and second tool over night, which I received the next day. I had a few Craftsman V60 products in my possession so surprised to learn that Stanley killed the line to leave Craftsman and their V20 as the mid line, B&D as their value line, and Dewalt as their pro line. Shameful leaving previous customers who invested.

GBTerrible Communication I placed the order back in early March and Tried to contact The company on numerous occasions with no avail. Then I ended up canceling the order and moved on and purchased the saw elsewhere. Then recently I received a message from the company that the order was being shipped. I sent them another email canceling this order because I already purchased the item, and then the item showed up on my doorstep. The only positive experience is when I called to have it returned (since they never billed me) the person on the phone was kind enough to offer a free pick up ticket and UPS showed up the next day.
