Because of his thoroughness with changing over my alarm system to cellular, I feel more comfortable in my home.

GBAckerman Service Trouble call for flashing light on 5G Bridge and 103 comm code. Service tech arrived on time, was professional and personable. Working with someone via phone the problem was not corrected. Told it was a system problem which might require panel replacement. When the tech left I noticed the audible alarms or messages were not working. Called and was instructed on how to reconnect the speaker.So question is what are the next steps. Is system protection at 100%with no delay in alarm response?

GBTook way too long to get this… Took way too long to get this appointment set up due to issues w understanding your peoples English. I called back several times. Finally Mark (American/English speaking) did a call w/me & we walked through CO issues. He set up an appointment & Gentleman came & was out of there w/in 15 mins.
