GBUPS delivered my Byrna to the wrong… UPS delivered my Byrna to the wrong address. Byrna customer service was alerted and immediately put in a replacement order while waiting to see if i could find my original order. Byrna’s prompt response gave me a wonderful feeling that someone there was looking after me and actually cared. Cudos to Byrna and Maria for coming to the rescue.

GBI purchased the Mission 4 rifle Make sure that you follow the manufacturers storing instructions for the Mission 4 rifle. It is different than the pistol. Incorrect storage will result in drainage of the CO2 cartridge.

GBI was almost attacked from a gentleman… I was almost attacked from a gentleman that created a road rage incident. He got out of his vehicle with a metal pipe and thankfully I had my Byrna I didn’t have to use it, I did show it and pointed laser at him he saw that backed off from hitting me or other individuals.

GBMaria was very helpful and patient Maria was very helpful and patient. When I was unable to make the promo discount apply to my on line order she took the time to take my order over the phone. She also advised me of some product details that I did not see on the website. When I provided some feedback about product specifications I saw on the Glenn Beck promo page that did not match the product specifications for the SD launcher device on the generic Byrna website she said she appreciated the observation and would pass that information along to others in your company. My call today was a very pleasant change from what is typically a frustrating customer service experience with most other businesses. Maria definitely puts the service in customer service. I attempted to submit my review and have to sign up Trustpilot, (whatever that is), to submit my review. This make the whole process of submitting a review revert back to the typical nonsense that accompanies most on line interactions. If I didn't want to provide a positive review for exceptional service, I would have just stopped the whole process at this point.
