Byrna customer service was alerted and immediately put in a replacement order while waiting to see if i could find my original order. Byrna’s prompt response gave me a wonderful feeling that someone there was looking after me and actually cared. Cudos to Byrna and Maria for coming to the rescue.

Non Gun Type Kane Not a gun person. In fact I am anti gun, so this makes me feel better when getting a defense unit. Mostly for pig deterrence. However this shall be a solid item to learn GUN SAFETY. I purchased the Mission 4 rifle Make sure that you follow the manufacturers storing instructions for the Mission 4 rifle. It is different than the pistol. Incorrect storage will result in drainage of the CO2 cartridge.
