Worst experience, I returned my order which consisted of 4 individually shipped boxes. 3 of the boxes were not opened. Now the party line is they need to talk to their vendor. I am inferring that they are not only a third party seller but a reseller I have been very patient, I am still waiting on my refund. Do yourself a favor. I bought a Prowood product, do not buy from this outfit. Home Depot, and lumber yards also carry this fence panel

Excellent service We ordered 2 door mats. Only one arrived. I emailed and the customer service was excellent. They quickly reached out to the shipper and the shipper was able to know that they shipped only one. They immediately shipped the 2 door mat. The product is excellent and kiddos to the customer service systems they have in place to track and be able to fix mishaps!
