Newport Ball Top Post…for 6 inch posts We purchased 29 Newport Ball Top Post Caps, and finally got them installed. They look so nice! Thank you for your excellent service and quality product! I was hoping to post a before and after picture so other customers could see how nice they look. They match exactly what our HOA requires, and look so much nicer than what most of our neighbors have. Always a suspicious online shopper. I placed my order on line and to my surprise it was shipped complete in two days. Long before my deck project was complete. I have had easier installation on other railing but the quality and appearance is excellent. I still have to install the stair rails however,

Excellent service We ordered 2 door mats. Only one arrived. I emailed and the customer service was excellent. They quickly reached out to the shipper and the shipper was able to know that they shipped only one. They immediately shipped the 2 door mat. The product is excellent and kiddos to the customer service systems they have in place to track and be able to fix mishaps!
