GBShipping of My Order While the communication was okay concerning my order, the fact is that I received 2 "OOPS" emails concerning the shipping of my order. This is on top of the fact that I had to reach out to you for the status of my order. The product was packaged and shipped with care, no issues with the shipment or the product ordered. I would order from Yard & Home again!!

GBNewport Ball Top Post…for 6 inch posts We purchased 29 Newport Ball Top Post Caps, and finally got them installed. They look so nice! Thank you for your excellent service and quality product! I was hoping to post a before and after picture so other customers could see how nice they look. They match exactly what our HOA requires, and look so much nicer than what most of our neighbors have. We are very pleased!

GBAll Told--I was pleased with the… All Told--I was pleased with the responsiveness of Scott Nichols; in explaining and expediting an order that got bundled and then postponed for 2 months.... My order was placed on a FRI- I followed up on Mon and was assured it would be shipped that week... unfortunately, there was a glut sold over the weekend that was not evident to the CS agent... The order was rectified as best it could be- Good product.

GBVery responsive customer service Very responsive customer service, good prices compared to competitors. I ordered a large number of deck tiles from Yard & Home that ran into a number of logistical issues when shipping. Though the supplier/logistics companies were not very helpful and I ended up having to rent a truck to do last mile pickup of the delayed, 3000lb shipment myself, Y&H themselves were quick to respond and helpful throughout the process. They also refunded me the costs of pickup upon request.

GBAwesome Service Reps First day I tried to order, I was unable to process my payment. I called and spoke with a really nice rep that said they would look into it and call me back with info--they called back that day to let me know that the servers for Visa had gone down. The next day they called me back to let me know that the system was back online and that I could order my railing! I have over 30 houses going right now--that extra level of service was so needed!!
