Exceptional Customer Service & Design I am so glad I decided to work with BY VIBE to recreate a sentimental ring that I have. First off, the ring came out even better then I expected it to. I really appreciated how the company kept me in the loop and had me approve the final design. Most importantly, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. Work completed on my item was very professional too. The earrings were returned cleaned and repaired. Tracking information was carefully monitored on the return of my item. Amazing Quality, Service, and experience I was searching for a quality place to get a necklace gold plated. This necklace is very sentimental and I was very critical of where to take it.
