Exceptional Customer Service & Design I am so glad I decided to work with BY VIBE to recreate a sentimental ring that I have. First off, the ring came out even better then I expected it to. I really appreciated how the company kept me in the loop and had me approve the final design. Most importantly, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. I will definitely be working with this company in the future when I have another project for them. I recommend them for anyone who needs to repair jewelry, or even recreate an old piece. Totally worth it.
