Jose was awesome Jose was awesome - he was very knowledgeable and really knew his stuff. The equipment is top of the line and the overall experience was so easy! I am converting from hard wired, land line to the wireless cell technology. Being able to cancel existing service as well as land line essentially made the upgraded equipment the same monthly cost as I am paying today. The added ability to control the system remotely is what made me do the research and I found my way to Fort Knox - on day one, I couldn't be happier.

The reason I'm giving 3 stars is… The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because our previous appointment was made & confirmed. Yet, on appointment day the technician didn't call; did not show up. We were left in limbo all day. However, on Monday, after we called them (they did not follow up with us.), they did apologize profusely. Scheduled another appointment which went without a hitch. Unfortunately, though, that first impression left a bitter taste. The technician who did show up, Enrique, was top notch, A-1 tech. He was very knowledgeable & did an excellent job. Hopefully, my first experience was the exception not the rule.

Excellent service Mark was excellent. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Quick to answer any questions I had and didn't bat an eye at my kids running around while he was working. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, but presented all my options and helped pick the best package for my family. 10/10 would recommend

Professional & cost effective Researched multiple home security companies and went with Fort Knox. They provided the most cost efficient equipment with no out of pocket up front with a 36 mo contract. We did take the premium pckg with 3 cameras, garage door controller, etc. Other companies would have charged over $1,000 easily for the hardware. Their monthly service fee was slightly higher but in the end it was still a better deal than other competitors. Don't take their very first offer, they'll add additional freebies if you negotiate.
