Professional & cost effective Researched multiple home security companies and went with Fort Knox. They provided the most cost efficient equipment with no out of pocket up front with a 36 mo contract. We did take the premium pckg with 3 cameras, garage door controller, etc. Other companies would have charged over $1,000 easily for the hardware. Their monthly service fee was slightly higher but in the end it was still a better deal than other competitors. Don't take their very first offer, they'll add additional freebies if you negotiate.

Anytime I have questions about possible upgrades to our system, or changes that I would like made to it, I have always received top notch customer service! Their techs know what they are doing and get the job done right and fast. If after installation you want changes made, they come back out and make it happen!
