GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I’ve been trying since 3/20/24 to cancel this account and it’s still not cancelled. First, I was told that I had to wait 7 business days for my payment to process. I called back on 3/29/24 then I was told they couldn’t cancel the account because I had one more billing cycle. I called back on 4/8 and was told that I needed to send a written request to cancel. I sent the written request on 4/8/24. I also made another payment on 4/8/24 but I received another billing statement. I called on 5/2/24 and was told that it takes 30 days (after receiving my cancellation notice) to cancel the account. This is the most frustrating experience I’ve had in canceling an account. The billing hasn’t stopped. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

GBWe constantly have issues with the… We constantly have issues with the camera going offline. When everything works its great. But I feel like this shouldn't be a problem.

GBDishonest deceitful company Dishonest deceitful company. They pretended they had an arbritration department and even gave me a fake nonexistent email. They lied on so many occasions while verbally changing and misquoting the contract in order to get more money. For example, we paid over $3k for new product, but they tried to tell us we bought used and their fore no warranty. Tried to sell us a warranty which required us to reactivate our monitoring. Come to find out they never deactivated our service after requesting. 15+ times they told me a manager will call me, but they never do. Also, constantly bill us for installs, upgrades and services they offered for free. And then they will argue about it. I turned off autopay u til a manager calls me. They decided they could charge without my permission so I had to delete my card on our app. Unbelievably dishonest and crooked!
