GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I’ve been trying since 3/20/24 to cancel this account and it’s still not cancelled. First, I was told that I had to wait 7 business days for my payment to process. I called back on 3/29/24 then I was told they couldn’t cancel the account because I had one more billing cycle. I called back on 4/8 and was told that I needed to send a written request to cancel. I sent the written request on 4/8/24. I also made another payment on 4/8/24 but I received another billing statement. I called on 5/2/24 and was told that it takes 30 days (after receiving my cancellation notice) to cancel the account. This is the most frustrating experience I’ve had in canceling an account. The billing hasn’t stopped. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

GBWorth Every Penny I first thought the moisture detector was a waste of money until I heard the detector going off. There was a slow drip under the sink. My husband inspected and when he twisted the line to see if it was loose it gushed water everywhere because it had cracked from dry rot and it was only a matter of time before disaster. The force of the water pressure was so great that within seconds before he could turn off the valve it had soaked the cabinets, blew water up into the drawers, and out onto the floor. Had the detector not alerted us, I hate to imagine if it had broke while we weren’t home and what we could have come home to. The detector saved us from having a flooded home. The piece of mind with this alarm system is priceless. The ability to view cameras away from home, receive notifications based on how sensitive you prefer the detection to be, multiple options for parameters, talk through the camera system, and the clarity of the video, picture, and sound is superior.

GBTerrible customer service I’ve wrote 3 emails to company about problems with my devices and app only for them to initially show concern with nothing back for over a month. Before this, I was having technical difficulties that no one in IT could figure out after hours on the phone. Luckily I was able to combine information that 3 different employees told me to get my issues resolved. For the amount of issues I’ve had with little to no help from the company versus what I pay, not worth it.

GBEquipment worked as expected and any… Equipment worked as expected and any updates were easy to implement. Customer support is great. Whenever there was a need for Customer support, they were responsive and patient until issue was resolved.

GBTrouble from the start. We are underwhelmed with the system we purchased from Vivint. I have had to contact their help desk multiple times due to hardware failure. We’ve only had the system a month. They expect you to stay on the phone trouble shooting their problem. They were polite and courteous. The installation guy, Joshua, knew his stuff. The first sensor in our system went offline before they were through installing it. I regret our decision.
