GBCanceling is a pain Canceling is a pain. I followed their process. They require an email to their documents email address. I did that on Feb 9, but they still charged my credit card in March. I disputed the charge. Vivint's reply to credit card company was my account was still active and the charge is valid. I called on 4/22/24. I was told the cancelation is pending even though everything was in order and it should have been canceled. I was told it will take another 3 to 5 business to get the cancelation processed and to wait until I get an email verifying such before i call back.

GBIt's a bit redundant to have the system… It's a bit redundant to have the system unpluggable. Also realizing that in the case of a outage, my system will not work. Making me more susceptible to breaking in entry
