Some how I ended up with 2 chainsaws… Some how I ended up with 2 chainsaws when I only wanted 1. No paperwork with either. Assembled 1 and the performance was terrible. Tried contacting company with no success. Will dispute with the credit card company. Hopefully that gets your attention.

Good product. Needs to come with case The administration chainsaw delivers a good performance as advertised. I studied the reviews across many sites and the ratings are good because the product is good. I bought mine with the poles to attach. If you buy this together you don't get the storage case. It's an additional $31.00 I'm not paying extra.

Not Saker branded I got a similar product to what I ordered but it doesn't have the Saker brand and the instructions are all in Chinese language ans writing Smartsaker has indeed contacted me and addressed my concerns after they contacted me I used the product and it performed as I was hoping it would.I have bought several of their products in the past and have always been satisfied with them.I appreciate their quick response to my concerns regarding this purchase.

Have ordered multiple items from Saker… Have ordered multiple items from Saker primarily for camping and have been impressed with all the products including the prices. I am very satisfied with our new camping lights which are perfect for our tents. Some of the lights were a gift for another camper and they were impressed with lights as well on first time use.
