GBSaker Minichainsaw motor problem The 4 " Minichainsaw motor died after 6 months. I contacted the company and explained the problem. In less than a week the service associate offered to send me a new replacement. It does not get any better than that. This company stands behind their product. Excellent service.

GBI have three Saker products I have three Saker products, 4 & 6 inch chainsaws and and cordless hedge clippers/grass shears. These products are easy to use/setup and require minimal storage space. I transport all three in my golf cart when I go a distance from my house to perform maintenance on trees and bushes. My only negative comment is the hedge clippers do not have sufficient speed for the blades to be effective.

GBCustomer Service is good and so is the mini chainsaw I had a problem with an order that I placed. I did not read the description correctly. I contacted customer services, and the problem was solved to my complete satisfaction. By the way, the minisaw is wonderful. I bought one last year and put it to good use. I am very happy with the job it does. The only complaint I have is it made for a right-handed person. The button that has to remain depressed for the saw to work is placed very awkwardly for a lefty.
