GBExcellent service i originally ordered a mini chain saw. then i decided to buy an extension pole which was not compatible with the saw i bought. With my saw you could not use the extension pole at all. Saker refunded me 80% 0f the purchase price and told me to keep the extension pole which I cannot use.

GBHave ordered multiple items from Saker… Have ordered multiple items from Saker primarily for camping and have been impressed with all the products including the prices. I am very satisfied with our new camping lights which are perfect for our tents. Some of the lights were a gift for another camper and they were impressed with lights as well on first time use.

GBCustomer Service is good and so is the mini chainsaw I had a problem with an order that I placed. I did not read the description correctly. I contacted customer services, and the problem was solved to my complete satisfaction. By the way, the minisaw is wonderful. I bought one last year and put it to good use. I am very happy with the job it does. The only complaint I have is it made for a right-handed person. The button that has to remain depressed for the saw to work is placed very awkwardly for a lefty.

GBNot Saker branded I got a similar product to what I ordered but it doesn't have the Saker brand and the instructions are all in Chinese language ans writing Smartsaker has indeed contacted me and addressed my concerns after they contacted me I used the product and it performed as I was hoping it would.I have bought several of their products in the past and have always been satisfied with them.I appreciate their quick response to my concerns regarding this purchase.

GBSaker Minichainsaw motor problem The 4 " Minichainsaw motor died after 6 months. I contacted the company and explained the problem. In less than a week the service associate offered to send me a new replacement. It does not get any better than that. This company stands behind their product. Excellent service.
