Beautiful classic shades I wrote a bad review after disappointment with how four shades had been manufactured for the bedroom . But I received the living room Classic Roman shades today and they are beautiful. The fabric and construction is perfect. They were so easy to install that anyone with a ladder and power drill could do it. I think Smith and Noble generally does a beautiful job. I have used them for over 20 years and I have always received wonderful help when I’ve had to call with questions regarding a product or measuring. My only complaint is customer service when there is an issue. My shades are gorgeous. Thank you.

Very helpful assistance from Candice… Very helpful assistance from Candice Malone. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products. Also the quick turn around from order placement to delivery. Quality of product is superior.
