Excellent reps and customer service After a long process of reviewing swatches, I ordered drapes for my living room. After placing the order, I was informed that the fabric had been discontinued. Molly Anderson was extremely helpful in guiding me through another choice, and making sure that everything was to my liking. The care and detail that she and the customer service reps took with the order was very professional. When we first had our treatments installed, one of our two bedroom windows had been measured incorrectly, and we were left with the old gross blinds in it. The installer returned and remeasured it, but we never heard anything about it after he left. Summer came up and we got busy and whatnot. Anyway, after I reached back out to S&N, Jeannine helped resurrect our order, locate the measurements, get the treatments reordered, and finally scheduled for installation.
