GBJust writing to let everyone know that if you have any problems, Just writing to let everyone know that I have had a HORRIBLE experience with Smith & Noble window ware. I ordered roman shades in 2019. They have completely fallen apart. I have asked repeatedly and politely for them to repair or replace them. They have refused to provide any support. They told me that I should go to the fabric store and repair them myself. They said that I chose "the wrong treatment for the room", and it is my fault because what I chose was not durable enough. A salesperson came to my house before I made the order and never said a word about durability. Smith & Noble products are sold at a premium price. They are the absolute worst. (I used Blinds.com in other rooms and they have been DELIGHTFUL to work with!)

GBHorrendous Experience One of the worst experiences. The salesperson misrepresented everything to me, including refunds, remakes etc. The price was outrageous for the product. Two windows were measured incorrectly and have to be remade. One of the motorized shades came broken. There are plenty of competitors out there so do yourself a favor and use another if you don’t want to be disappointed and frustrated. My experience with Blinds to Go over 18 years ago was outstanding. Such a waste of $7500!!

GBWoven shades with privacy liners From the free samples to the knowledgeable Dona Grimm consultant, Smith & Noble provided me what I needed so I could design, measure, and place my order. Without Dona I don’t think I could have made the best choices for the order online, who guided me through all the decisions and took all the expert measurements. She took care of all the paperwork in the same visit. I am looking forward to receiving them soon.

GBGreat experience selecting 13 window treatments I recently purchased 13 window treatments for a house we moved in to. I worked with Audrey Savage throughout the entire process. She was amazing! Not only was she a pleasure to talk with-felt like an old friend-but she also knew the products very well and provided excellent advice while making my selections. If I ever need more window treatments, I will return to Smith & Noble and request Audrey Savage.
