A+ to COVE I recently installed my home security system from Cove and from day one I fell in love with it! First, it was extremely easy to install and set up. Customer support has been great, I did have a issue getting them to add a door code that the monitoring company can see and pass along to the first responders if the front door is locked and unable to be opened. I have had it in operation for a week now, the connection has never dropped, sensors have never disconnected. I hope that Z-Wave will be intergrated into their system very soon as that would make complete home control / monitoring extremely easy. I 100% recommend Cove!

Props to great company!! It was easy to understand the representative. He listened, took notes and immediately helped me remedy my problem. And they gave us an upgrade to a new camera since we have been with them over 3 years and this is probably the first time we ever had an issue. Would definitely recommend cove above all other companies.

I love COVE! I love Cove! I was looking for a no-nonsense affordable security system after a break-in attempt a few years ago and Cove has been just perfect. Quality equipment, a beautifully simple app, sos remote fabs... and utility sensors! I'm excited to try the new doorbell cam next. Thank you for all the wonderful and helpful service COVE. Great customer service and got my old… Great customer service and got my old cove simple system upgraded to the new cove connect system free of charge! (This is only because i had equipment credits)
