A+ to COVE I recently installed my home security system from Cove and from day one I fell in love with it! First, it was extremely easy to install and set up. Customer support has been great, I did have a issue getting them to add a door code that the monitoring company can see and pass along to the first responders if the front door is locked and unable to be opened. I have had it in operation for a week now, the connection has never dropped, sensors have never disconnected. I hope that Z-Wave will be intergrated into their system very soon as that would make complete home control / monitoring extremely easy. I 100% recommend Cove!

Indoor camera stopped working My indoor camera recently started to lot work multiples times and when I called the customer service associate immediately offered to send a replacement. It was hassle free and easy. The customer service was Great!

I love COVE! I love Cove! I was looking for a no-nonsense affordable security system after a break-in attempt a few years ago and Cove has been just perfect. Quality equipment, a beautifully simple app, sos remote fabs... and utility sensors! I'm excited to try the new doorbell cam next. Thank you for all the wonderful and helpful service COVE. My indoor camera no longer connected to… My indoor camera no longer connected to the system, I contacted the online chat support and Lloyd was able to help me get a replacement camera sent out.

Rough start, but resolved now UPDATED REVIEW: I had such a rough start in the beginning but I am very happy this was resolved and I was able to vent my frustrations to Nicholas and he was very patient and supportive of my situation. The key point that needed to be addressed was the miscommunication and lack of empathy to my situation from the reps I dealt with and he was more than happy to acknowledge my feelings were valid. I have been loving the equipment so far and love the ease of use as well. I appreciate the accountability and the help I was given in my time of stress.
