If I were to make any improvements to my experience, it would have been to notate that pick up is behind the building. Try to match certain products and manufacturers on the website to your products is a terrible hassle and we purchased 3 separate Versatrim tall stairnose none of which matched well it would be nice for the cost of the materials that a way of cross referencing products to yours would be most helpful. Updated 9/17/23 Purchases for the project I am currently referencing came from my account and my G/F ordered from her home PC. In the past I have ordered “Brushed Oak”, “Grey Riven Slate” and and searched for a “Bleached Elm” but settled on a best guess visually, not all purchases have been stair nosing. Lets not loose site of the complaint shall we. The product is fine but my point was the process for selecting a proper match could be much simpler.
