GBI was hesitant to order flooring… I was hesitant to order flooring online, but the price was substantially lower than what I could find locally. I called to talk with someone at OnFlooring and my direct questions about quality and cost were answered clearly, so I placed the order. There was a snafu with the original shipment which had me concerned, but a phone call to Mark, who promptly answered, quickly remedied the issue. OnFlooring was easy to work with, and the flooring product was of the quality I was hoping for. Very pleased with this transaction.

My credit card gave me some trouble at first and a representative from OnFlooring called me to see if everything works. Great customer service. I got a very nice bulk discount, which no other company offered. The flooring arrived in perfect condition. Overall, a great experience.

I had an issue when ordering and called customer service and an actual person answered the phone, I could understand him, and he helped me fix the issue! We got our entire order, it was correct, and not damaged. Sadly, this is rare, and I was so happy this was an easy purchase. Plus, the floor looks GREAT!!

Frustrated
GBExcellent customer service The transition strip was nothing like the color we ordered. It was supposed to be piano black (a solid black). We received a transition strip with white striations on black! We did not order the wrong color, we wanted 513 piano black as that is the color of our other, shorter transition strips as per the recommendation of Lucida Surfaces. OnFlooring contacted us and after submitting photos, they refunded our payment. Excellent customer service. Would recommend and use again if needed.
