GBI can't give zero but have stolen my… I can't give zero but have stolen my money and failed to provide me with the item or refund! I paid express delivery was told it was posted but there's no tracking number even though I paid extra for this service! Have failed to respond to my messages. I got a WhatsApp reply saying would look into urgently and that they are busy and nothing now not responding to my messages again! Don't use this company

GBStay away from this company at all… Stay away from this company at all costs. Ordered an item three weeks ago that they said would be two to five days for delivery and have heard absolutely nothing from them. The shop phone number does not work, the mobile phone number is never answered, answer phone messages are never returned and emails are never replied.my wife has been blocked o. Facebook for daring to question why they do not correspond to any form of communication. I would not mind any delays if they actually had the nerve to tell me , but the lack of communication leads me to have to take things further. I’d be happy to remove or rewrite this review if I was told my item was on its way. But in the meantime I would recommend any potential customers take their money elsewhere.

GBAnother unfulfilled order,with ZERO customer service Ordered a slate plaque as a gift beginning of August. Nothing received and no contact from them either. I have emailed 3 times and found also a land line number but still no response ??? I am yet another customer who has been scammed. How can we stop these rip off people being allowed to get away with this. Disgusting.

However, before I placed order I was offered 10 % discount but when I placed order none of the codes were recognised so no discount. I emailed and asked why and although the plaque has come I’m still waiting for a reply to my email.
