GBMy 1st order arrived today My 1st order arrived today and I was absolutely over the moon with the quality of the items! I was having an item personalised so I was informed the order make take slightly longer and due to the current situation with covid I was expecting the postage to be longer anyway! Was kept updated and given a tracking number. Will definitely order more... Thanks again Kerrie

GBThis store is great for prices being… This store is great for prices being low, but that being said you must make sure your measurements are correct. The return process is so costly it doesn’t make sense to send the dress back. They state this on the website pretty much but it’s just really disappointing that when there’s a problem it cost more than the dress is worth for the customer to fix the problem.

GBThere is an Angel working at Ruby’s I had been searching for a homecoming dress for my daughter. She has a plus size figure and it seemed impossible to find a dress to fit. I found out about Ruby’s via the internet. When we walked into the location we were warmly greeted. The owner worked diligently with her to help select a dress she loved. However when the dress she chose was not in her size and he seen the look on her face. He said “ if that’s the dress you want that’s the dress you will have” he totally reconstructed the dress to accommodate her shape. The customer service he provided was beyond professional, he was personally dedicated to making a shy, overweight young lady look absolutely beautiful and feel empowered. She is a freshman at a new school, in a new city, at the age when everything in life seems awkward, she was gracefully bold and confident. She received so many compliments and had a great time. Thank you!!!
