NLI bought a OsmoLaser for my wife as a… I bought a OsmoLaser for my wife as a present on 19 april and the waiting waiting,sending e-mails and the same answer,in english,in dutch or german.They don’t know as customer service how to handle.I start thinking after abou 8-10 e-mails is a scam and i will inform the bank to start an investigation to take my money back.Poor service…1 star and advice to avoid this company(if is a company!?)

GBAnother Chinese scam This is another SCAM Chinese company masquerading as a legitimate European business. Despite sending three separate emails over the last 10 days I've had absolutely no response. Despite the confirmation saying 'track your order' there's absolutely nothing showing on their FAKE tracking tool. Very happy to take your money and not deliver or even bother communicate. AVOID RESPONSE TO COMPANY Not disputing anything I've said: – Chinese company [TICK] – Pretending to be in the Netherlands [TICK] – Even the response to this review, like everything else, is weeks late [TICK] – Don't waste your time or money!

NOI got good answer to my question I got good answer to my question. I don´t yet know if the delivery will be as told. The answer is obviously given by a chatbot, that´s fine, but I would prefere getting the mail during daytime.

AUThe company has great customer service… The company has great customer service and addresses any concerns in a timely manner. I sent an email to them and within 48 hours as stated had received a reply. I was sent an email when I made my purchase and the communication was excellent.

AUThey are very customer focused They are very customer focused. After raising my concerns with them regarding issues that I had with the product bought from them they addressed it in a timely fashion.
